Meet John

I was born in Chicago and grew up in the suburbs. Your neighborhood is my home, too. I started in construction after high school. I worked downtown building up Chicago for over 25 years in high-rise construction and private homes. But when I retired from that job, my passion for protecting people and quality construction didn't end. I was helping friends and neighbors when this became a business because people need a trustworthy partner when it's about where you and your family live.

Integrity, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction are at the core of BuildIt Homes. We are dedicated to providing transparent communication and high-quality construction in every project. We moved into quick-close "ugly" houses to help people like you. We solve property problems by using our money and resources to help you avoid foreclosure, high-pressure scams, poor construction that could be dangerous, and any other real estate problem life can throw at you.
